Returns

We offer returns only for eligible products that meet the conditions outlined below. Customers wishing to return an item must initiate the return request within 3 calendar days of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the exact same condition as received.
  • Be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Include all original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Be returned in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns are strictly self-serviced, which means customers are solely responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment to our designated return address. We do not provide return shipping labels or collection services.

Any items returned after the 3-day return window or items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

To initiate a return request, please contact us at itspremiumsubscriptions@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions for sending the item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at itspremiumsubscriptions@gmail.com and include clear photos of the issue.

After reviewing the claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Beauty, skincare, and personal care products that have been opened or used.
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the original item (subject to approval and eligibility requirements) and place a new order separately.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including a 14-day cooling-off period where applicable.

To qualify, items must be returned unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
